There is also a very large room available for $500 but it is currently unfurnished. This room has great windows and hardwood floors.

These rooms would be great for students as there will be a shared bathroom and kitchen.

Excellent location close to two Subways (Cote-sainte-Catherine or Snowdon). Only one bus (166) to go to three universities (McGill-U.D.M-Concordia)
