Have you always wanted to overcome the fear of public speaking?

Maybe the last time you tried it, you promised never to do it again?


Im organizing a community group on the south shore of Montreal similar to Toast Masters International.

The purpose of this group is to initiate people (myself included) to the process of public speaking

in a safe and comfortable environment.


Here's what to expect:


* Its FREE.

* Im collecting participants and then will categorize them by their comfort zone.

* First meeting would likely be in November.

* Location to be determined (perhaps a coffee shop if the group is small and then a church basement as the group grows).

* Skill level is limited to people who have never spoken in groups or are shy/nervous/anxious/etc. of doing so.

* Good way to initiate yourself and make new friends.

Meeting would be held Saturday mornings for about 60-90 minutes (again depending on group size)


In These Workshops:


* Your mind is allowed to go blank

* Youre allowed to stutter or muffle your words

* Youre allowed to speak not loud enough

* Youre allowed to lose your spot in your notes

* youre allowed to forget what you were saying
